Central England Academy Trust is delighted to launch this consultation under Section 10 of the Academies Act 2010.

The Trust are proposing to open a brand new two-form entry (2FE) primary free school - Watling Meadows Primary School - to serve the growing community at the Callendar Farm development, Nuneaton, with a planned opening of September 2026.

The consultation aims to seek opinions on whether the Secretary of State and Central England Academy Trust should enter into a funding agreement for the school.

Launch of consultation: Friday 3rd October 2025.

Consultation ends: 9am Friday 14th November 2025.
